I hereby declare that I am aware that after completion of the admission/enrollment process, I am responsible for paying the hostel fees (including food and accommodation) and examination fees on my own. I also understand and agree that after completing the enrollment process at the college campus, I must stay in the college hostel premises for the complete duration of the course and strictly follow all the rules and discipline of the institution until the course is successfully completed. मुझे यह जानकारी है कि एडमिशन/नामांकन प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होने के बाद, रहने-खाने (हॉस्टल शुल्क) तथा परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान मुझे स्वयं करना होगा। मैं यह भी समझता/समझती हूँ और सहमति देता/देती हूँ कि कॉलेज परिसर में नामांकन प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होने के बाद, मुझे पूरे पाठ्यक्रम की अवधि तक कॉलेज के हॉस्टल परिसर में रहना होगा तथा संस्थान के सभी नियमों एवं अनुशासन का पालन करते हुए अपना कोर्स पूर्ण करना होगा।
